Recently, the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO)issued an “ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE” to a trademark agency in Shenzhen, China, because it was believed that this trademark agency was not authorized to engage in trademark affairs and provides false signatures of third parties’ in the trademark affairs.
With the aim of analyzing the said event concretely, on July 9, “International Trademark Infringement and Post Cross-Border E-commerce Era ” Online Salon initiated by Shenzhen Enterprise Science and Technology Innovation Association and organized by Johnson International Intellectual Property Co., Ltd. and Guangdong Fair Law Firm, was successfully held in A503, Shenzhen National Engineering Laboratory Building.
