Mr. Yongwen Wang (Peter)

Mr. Wang graduated from Peking University with double degree in Mechanics and Automatic Control, and Intellectual Property Law. He founded Johnson Intellectual Property Agency in 2006 and Guangdong Fair Law Firm in 2015. He has been working at foreign-related patent agencies since 1999, specializing in both domestic and foreign-related patent and trademark agency work. Over 26 years of intellectual property agency practice, has handled a large number of patent applications, trademark registrations, invalidation and reexamination proceedings, review and appeal cases, and litigation for well-known domestic and international enterprises, accumulating extensive experience in the intellectual property industry. He has represented a large number of patent applications from Chinese major corporations, such as ZTE, Huawei, Skyworth, Konka, TCL, LG, etc.

Ms. Rui Xu

Mrs. Xu earned her bachelor’s degree at He’nan University of Technology. Her practice mainly focuses on connecting with our existing clients and developing new clients. She has rich practical experience in intellectual property management, and has rich knowledge of domestic and foreign patent application, copyright and trademark registration, and certification of high-tech enterprise. She is also good at providing enterprises with a full range of intellectual property solutions. Over the past 10 years, she has assisted hundreds of enterprises with their certification of high-tech enterprise and over 90% of them have been granted.

Mr. Kaikai Xu
