Mr. Wang graduated from Peking University with double degree in Mechanics and Automatic Control, and Intellectual Property Law. He founded Johnson Intellectual Property Agency in 2006 and Guangdong Fair Law Firm in 2015. His areas of expertise are Mechanics and Telecommunications; his practice focuses on invention, utility model and design application, as well as patent layout and infringement litigation. He has represented a large number of patent applications from Chinese major corporations, such as ZTE, Huawei, Skyworth, Konka, TCL, LG, etc.

Mrs. Xu earned her bachelor’s degree at He’nan University of Technology. Her practice mainly focuses on connecting with our existing clients and developing new clients. She has rich practical experience in intellectual property management, and has rich knowledge of domestic and foreign patent application, copyright and trademark registration, and certification of high-tech enterprise. She is also good at providing enterprises with a full range of intellectual property solutions. Over the past 10 years, she has assisted hundreds of enterprises with their certification of high-tech enterprise and over 90% of them have been granted.
