The 2024 AIPPI World Congress——Shenzhen Roadshow Achieved a Big Success
The 2024 AIPPI World Intellectual Property Congress—— Shenzhen Roadshow was successfully held on June 21, 2024, at the Nanshan Intellectual Property Protection Center in Shenzhen, China. As a warm-up conference of the 2024 AIPPI World Intellectual Property Congress, which is scheduled to take place in Hangzhou, China from October 19 to 22, 2024, this roadshow attracted widespread attention from industry elites.
The 2024 AIPPI World Congress—— Shenzhen Roadshow was jointly hosted by the China Branch of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI China), Shenzhen Enterprise Science and Technology Innovation Association, Guangdong Trademark Association, Shenzhen Trademark Association, and Shenzhen Lawyers Association Trademark Law Committee. Also, this event was organized by Johnson Intellectual Property Agency (Shenzhen) and Guangdong Fair Law Firm. It aimed to establish a platform for enterprises, institutions, and key intellectual property agencies and law firms to engage in in-depth exchanges and discussions on topics such as intellectual property protection and international cooperation.
The roadshow was hosted by Mr. Liu, Wenqiu, president of Shenzhen Enterprise Science and Technology Innovation Association and founding Partner of Johnson Intellectual Property Agency (Shenzhen).
At the beginning of the event, we had the pleasure of inviting Mr. Li, Yi, the Secretary General of the AIPPI China. Mr. Li provided a detailed introduction of AIPPI and the 2024 AIPPI World Intellectual Property Congress in Hangzhou, China, presenting the history of the AIPPI Congress from its origin to development over the years. Meanwhile, the promotion of the 2024 AIPPI World Congress was carried out, emphasizing its significance as it is the first time the AIPPI World Congress will be held in China.

With two decades of experience in intellectual property protection, he has successfully assisted in the recognition of China Famous Trademarks for nearly 40 times, offering invaluable insights and practical advice to the audience.
Later, He, Bingling, partner of Guangdong Liangma Law Firm, gave a deep explanation on the topic of “Fight with malicious trademark registration and brand protection”. Through various case studies from her personal experience, she provided many useful legal advice on trademark matters.
